If he gets the maximum, it looks like partisan selective prosecution. If he gets the minimum, the optics also aren't good. He remains contemptuous and deserves a sentence with some teeth but still in the Goldilocks zone.

and/or $200,000. Why would he only get 4 months and $6500? He will appeal that and get nothing. If I failed to appear for a Congressional supeana I would have been given the maximum sentence our justice system sucks.

The system has failed again in having enough teeth of consequence. Many people who have done far less are serving longer sentences.
