Volodymyr Zelensky pledged to launch a staff shake-up amid high-level corruption allegations during the war with Russia. Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy head of Ukraine’s presidential office, resigned, along with deputy defence minister Viacheslav Shapovalov.
