Twitter experiences widespread disruption as users get error message trying to post

Source: NBC news

It was not immediately clear what caused the disruption or if the problems were universal, but many users received an error message that they were "over the daily limit for sending Tweets."

I got thus error message that I had reached my 2,500 daily tweet limit. But I'd only retweeted a couple dozen tweets all day. The odd thing is Biden's is only tweet it wouldn't let me retweet.
