I'm curious as to how you enforce such a ban
given that the majority of Sheriff's have said they won't enforce any such laws and there would be widespread non compliance.
Also, just about every court in the land would strike down such a ban as unconstitutional before the ink even dried.
Not saying I disagree in principle, but, IMO, that ship has sailed.
