Thousands of Floridians are taking part in a protest on what they call a day without immigrants. Organizers are asking immigrant workers to stay home or stay closed for the day. ..................
..............You won't have people in the fields. You wont have people doing that type of labor, houses. There's going to be a shortage of workers, construction workers, roofers, Honorato said.
Honorato says it will eventually hit everyone's bottom line.
It's going to be pricey, not just for us but for any other restaurant, any other business out there, grocery store you go into and buy groceries, Honorato said.
Gov. Ron DeSantis touts the bill as the strongest anti-illegal immigration legislation in the country, doing things such as funding state transport of immigrants to other states, penalizing those who employ undocumented immigrants, and requiring hospitals to collect data if they serve immigrants.

However, people here will accuse them of kidnapping and human trafficking when they do.
