nderwater noises detected in area of search for sub that was heading to Titanic wreckage, Coast Guar

Underwater noises have been detected in the area of the search for a sub that went missing while carrying five people to the wreckage of the Titanic, the U.S. Coast Guard says.

In a tweet Wednesday, just after midnight EDT, the Coast Guard said the noises were picked up by Canadian P-3 aircraft, and as a result, underwater operations were relocated to try to locate the origin of the noises.

Those operations haven't turned up any findings yet but the underwater operations are continuing, the Coast Guard said, adding, "The data from the P-3 aircraft has been shared with our U.S. Navy experts for further analysis which will be considered in future search plans."

In an interview on "CBS Mornings" Wednesday, Rear Admiral John Mauger of the Coast Guard said the site is "incredibly complex," and that there are metal objects in the water and around the site. He said naval experts are being used to help classify or provide better information about the source of the noise.

It would great if they would be found alive, and then everyone would decide this is fucking dangerous and needs to be better regulated.

3. There can't be very many subs capable of investigating, not to mention any expectation of rescue.

11. It would be the country in which the business is based.

In this case it would be the US or state of Washington. As far as what regulations, it's whatever the politicians come up with. Don't want to follow such, good luck with that business license.

the ballasts on the side of the sub , causing it to raise back up.
If they lost power , it's likely they can't do it themselves.
This sub has outside ballasts ( big pipes) that can be released to make it surface

for the tremendous amount of resources used to search and rescue these billionaires. It's not like a boat capsized in a storm. They chose to pay $250,000 each to go down in an experimental noncertified submarine.

Speculative analysis that the Titan was the source of the sounds.

Please continue to post any updates on the search story in GD until a final, official determination is made. Thanks.
