(10,546 posts)Which I am sure was not cheap. I love how universities have all these experts in various fields, but yet still pay companies hundreds of thousands of dollars to vet the applicants. I know that's the way it is in academia and elsewhere, but always seems weird to me.

(7,566 posts)She does not have the academic record to be promoted to full professor in a lot of US institutions. The plagiarism is egregious. I mean, who plagiarizes the acknowledgments in their dissertation? That's supposed to be the heartfelt thanks to those who helped you along the way! It's completely bonkers.

(2,904 posts)She was a fraud that brought shame to a great university. And failed to take responsibility for her actions. Definitely not leadership material, especially of one of our finest institutions.
I would love to be a student in her class and ask her if I should abide by the Harvard policies on plagiarism or simply follow her example
