Bombshell doc 'reveals Putin has FIRED' his rarely-seen top war General Gerasimov after slew of battlefield disasters

Source: The Sun

The Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces has been seen in public just twice this year amid Russia's slew of battlefield disasters.

A draft document has now emerged on an official Kremlin government portal of “regulatory legal acts” naming another senior commander, Viktor Pznikhir, as acting Chief of the General Staff.

With the document only dated by the month - March 2024, as highlighted by independent SOTA media - speculation over Gerasimov's dismissal is now running rife in Russia.

Poznikhir was promoted by Putin to Colonel-General in a little-noticed announcement on February 22.

things. Does this sound like somebody we all know (unfortunately)?

Kind of like tRUMP admitting again that he stole documents.

of varying rank have each invoked the name of Andrey Valsov as a possible result of Putin's slow-moving failure and the consequent disillusionment of the army.

Gerasimov hasn't been seen for months, not since the Black Sea Fleet HQ was hit. Ditto the fleet commander, who also hadn't been seen, he got fired early last month.

Puting has got to be in full panic now. I have to wonder if he's been told even half of what is really going on in his war.

He'll be fired like QEII was "fired" and like Stalin and Mao were "fired."

Unless he decides to just retire. (Resuming control over my keyboard: It's late and my gin and tonic wrote that last sentence. )

To be seen perhaps once or twice, maybe, just maybe, in the next few decades.

I mean, strictly speaking the dodo is only considered extinct because no biologist has seen one for quite a while. If one comes traipsing out of the forest tomorrow, it's suddenly un-extinctified.

You can only definitively, beyond any doubt, prove a negative when you've shown that everywhere there's a possible positive produces a negative. We usually go with a lower standard. "Beyond a reasonable doubt."
