Fani Willis Threatened Nathan Wade's Wife, New Ethics Complaint Alleges

Source: Newsweek

By Sean O'Driscoll
Senior Crime and Courts Reporter

The District Attorney overseeing Donald Trump's Georgia election indictment threatened the wife of the chief prosecutor in Trump's case, an ethics complaint filed with the Georgia state bar has alleged. The complaint, filed by Atlanta resident, Stephen Kramer, also alleges that Willis misspent state funds with Trump prosecutor, Nathan Wade, with whom Willis was in a relationship.

Newsweek sought email comment from Willis' office on Friday. Willis denied all wrongdoing while testifying in February before the judge in Trump's election fraud case.

(snip)

Kramer's complaint alleges that Willis, the D.A. for Fulton County, was making false claims in Wade's divorce case that Wade's wife, Joycelyn Wade, was harassing her. "One of the most concerning incidents in this case, in a long line of concerning incidents, is when D.A. Willis used her position to threaten Mr. Wade's wife, Joycelyn Wade, during their divorce proceedings," Kramer wrote. "D.A. Willis stated in a motion that Ms. Wade was trying to embarrass and harass her, and by extension, interfere and obstruct in the conduct of the [D.A.] election.

"Since that time, D.A. Willis admitted to an improper relationship with Mr. Wade, so Ms. Wade had every reason to determine how the marital money was being used before the divorce. This was not an unusual action by a divorcing couple."

And even if a particle of it was true, would have nothing to do with prosecuting trump. He's after her because she WILL bring him down. And she's black. And a woman. And takes no shit.

in order to derail this prosecution.

But the thing is, since McAfee entertained this bullshit already, he can hardly refuse to have hearings on any other bullshit lies they make up.

We'll be lucky if this trial ever proceeds.

7. It appears this is the second ethics complaint filed by Mr. Kramer.

In mid-February, he and his co-complaintant Gregory Mantell (a former Atlanta Fox news anchor, now a "YouTube Investigative Journalist" a la Tucker Carlson) filed an ethics complaint alleging Willis mishandled county (and therefore) client funds. Ethics committee dodged the issue going into their March 7th meeting saying it was a matter for the courts.

Sooo..now we have round two from these same asshats. Not much direct content on Kramer other than his decision to release the transcript of his complaint on X and via Newsmax. Tells me what I need to know about what's behind his ethics concern.

I don't care whether or not she and a married prosecutor had a naughty weekend. People make messes of their sex lives, it's part of the human condition. Few of us marry in our teens, have that 2.3 kiddies, and hang on grimly until death doth us part in our 80s.

That happens so rarely it has to be considered an aberration. Most marriages are scarred by some level of cheating and both sexew stray.

Unless they can prove financial impropriety,or other crimes, all of this falls into the category of "none of your/my goddamned business and I honestly don't want to know, so shut the fuck up about it."

I am so tired of this shit. An ethics violation should produce a tangible crime, not allegations of a little hanky panky on the side.

Republicans, especially TFG, are supremely unqualified to cast the first stone.

Ms. Willis stated that Mrs. Wade tried to embarass and harrass her creating interference during the DA election. That is not a threat. It's a statement. Big difference from what Kramer is claiming without any proof whatsoever. I mean, if Mrs. Wade felt so threatened, why didn't she try to sue Willis? Why does this man think he has a dog in this fight?

Or their sense of reality is more in-line with the "reality" of those real housewives shows... where a simple warning of "don't start with me (w)itch" is perceived as being a threat on their life.

This spring is no time for summer patriots, former Mrs. Wade. Please bust his balls after the case is over with.
