I think DOJ has been deliberately "slowed down." I worked with US Attorneys and they were not only
"subject to direction" from above, they also only picked very low hanging fruit. The cases pending against the traitor are pretty low hanging fruit. Drumpf has them tied in knots, internally and externally IMHO.
