Obama signs Constitutional Ammendment!

After passing the Senate 93-7, the legislative and executive branch have agreed that the 4th an 6th articles of the Bill of Rights may be suspended by the President in times of war, namely during the "War on Terror". The National Defense Authorization Act, despite rhtetoric that the WH would veto, furthermore allows for indefinate detention and warantess arrest.
