The former president was not seriously hurt. The shooter is dead.

Secret Service personnel surrounded Donald Trump and rushed him off stage on Saturday after his rally speech in Butler, Pennsylvania, was interrupted by a series of three popping sounds that turned out to be gunshots. As the popping began, Trump winced and touched his right ear, as though struck by a projectile, before ducking down. A second series of shots could then be discerned.

I think this article has the right perspective. Spectator killed, two badly injured, shooter dead. Trump slightly injured.
It also avoids the bullet vs glass issue and sticks to facts. And shows him clinging to ground, not fist-bumping.

I think it’s pretty clear that Dems have been put through the ringer with media pile ons, folks coming out of the woods to demand Biden drop out of the race, reports that the Senate refused to vote on immigration when it was Johnson in the House that was pulling the strings there, ramped up debate critique void of TSF refusing to answer questions and rapid fire lying throughout the evening. It is exhausting to watch the crap that Trump pulls. Pardon me if I want to see the doctor report, the diagram where the shooter was and where the victims were in relationship to TSF. It’s a crime that a young man lost his life. We have millions more in the wings waiting to blow Dems to bits! First things first before we go presenting TSF with the Medal of Honor. It was a pretty narrow rule. Also, it was repealed by Congress, not by an executive order.

15. It was quickly passed by the House and Senate. Getting his signature was the slowest part of the process.

He didn't speed it up. The resolution was introduced on January 30 in the House, it was rapidly moved forward by the Repub. majority, with a vote on February 2. It then was sent to the senate that same day. The Senate took it up on February 14, passed it on February 15, and sent it to Trump on February 16. But he didn't get around to signing it until February 28.
