Recently Fred Phelps and many other members of the crazed church have tweeted that they plan on protesting the funeral. They have said that gay's are the cause of the shooting. Also saying that this is an act of god and there excited that this happened.

8. They have the legal right...but

They do. The Supreme Court said they do. I like that they do, as a firm believer in the Bill of Rights.

That said, I'm thinking there will be about 100 others for every 1 of them counter-protesting. If anyone here is going, please remember not to do violence against them, just exercise your First Amendment rights against the bastards... as loud and frequently as possible .
