Thomas Massie calls on FDA to 'immediately' reverse course on COVID vaccines

WASHINGTON (TNND) — Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., on Wednesday called on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to reverse its approval of COVID-19 vaccines the agency has greenlit.

The comment, made via X, came in response to an interview between Drew Pinsky and Patrick Soon-Shiong, both of whom have experience in the medical field. During that discussion, the two touched on long COVID, a condition where symptoms of COVID resurface after one has already recovered from the disease.

Pinsky floated the idea of a long COVID vaccine.

“The reason of long COVID, I believe is because your body still has replicating virus,” he said. “You may not feel it, you may not know it. Inside is where it does it because it causes inflammation in multiple areas of your body, whether it be your heart and you get cardiac arrest or in your colon where you get cancer, whether it be in your brain where you get brain fog.”
