US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday he has instructed the Justice Department to terminate all remaining Biden-era US attorneys, asserting that the department had been "politicized like never before."
"We must 'clean house' IMMEDIATELY, and restore confidence. America’s Golden Age must have a fair Justice System - THAT BEGINS TODAY," Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

should do every time we've elected them. Get the old holdovers from partisan departments OUT and put people you can trust (as far as you can guess, anyway) into their places. Maybe if we start doing the same shit, they'll get tired of playing games and remember what bipartisanship and nonpartisan means. Oh, I jest... /snark

They sometimes mix it up and dig in or politicize or actually do it somewhat orderly, but the bottom line is the attorneys are treated as political appointments. So no, there's no need to bring in the Supreme Court.

Freud was right. The subconscious does exist. Trump fantasizes about another Gilded Age in America.

And it is clear to anyone with a brain and a conscience that Trump is literally stating that he, Kash Patel, Elon, and all the troglodytes from 2025 plan to weaponize every federal agency in order to achieve "fairness" and "confidence" -- IRS, DOJ, SCOTUS...

It is a political PURGE, similar to that of Stalin but without the killing (so far).

Maybe it's a Stephen Miller line...

But I totally agree this is just an in-your-face way of announcing the return of America to a barbaric period where we are on our own and the grotesquely wealthy will survive.
