(37,613 posts)Problem is that this guy is as much like a "RW christo-fascist" as Simon Wiesenthal was a fervent Hitler supporter or MLK a KKK Grand Wizard.
He didn't want to take out the center because inevitably they killed embryos, future babies of America. No, he wanted to take out the center because they produced unconscionable amounts of toxic material, pollutants, environmental toxins that were utterly anti-life and intolerable. That would be you and me. Human pollutants. Best if the Earth were rid of us. We don't belong here. We not only have no god-given right to be, the Universe demands that we stop being.
And he was out to assist the Universe. Kill the embryos not because some might die (which becomes an inconsistency hard to overcome) but because some might life.
He wasn't "pro-life", he was "pro-death." A "pro-mortalist" he called himself.
There was brief speculation that he bombed a fertility clinic because it killed embryos. This made little sense to me. But some glommed onto it.
