Russia suspected to be behind breach of Fed Court system

Last edited Tue Aug 12, 2025, 04:51 PM - Edit history (1)

Source: NY Times

Investigators have uncovered evidence that Russia is at least partly responsible for a recent hack of the computer system that manages federal court documents, including highly sensitive records with information that could reveal sources and people charged with national security crimes, according to several people briefed on the breach.

And, just like the election interference, his bff will deny it (and despite what the US intelligence proves) the orange hued one will go on the teevee and tell everyone "putin told me he didn't do anything". Very powerfully

Elon and Vlad are tight.

Vladimir Putin lauds Elon Musk as rare pioneer

Tech billionaire and Donald Trump administration adviser Elon Musk has won the admiration of another president: Russia’s Vladimir Putin.

Speaking to students at Bauman Moscow State Technical University on Wednesday, Putin described Musk as a rare visionary, according to Russian state-owned media outlet TASS.

Snip

It is not the first time Putin has praised Musk. In an interview with former Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson last year, the Russian president said there is “no stopping Elon Musk” and spoke of his desire to “find common ground” on areas such as artificial intelligence.

Musk, for his part, has been accused by Kyiv of parroting Kremlin talking points about Moscow’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and spreading pro-Russian propaganda.

The tech entrepreneur, who rocketed to political prominence after backing Trump to win the 2024 U.S. presidential election, has condemned the provision of American aid to Kyiv without an “end game” and has repeatedly hit out at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Our Federal Court System doesn't have breeches - they wear robes.

Anyway, the article must be wrong. Trump has greatest respect and love for Russia and Putin. They wouldn't do anything to harm us, right?

The Documents related to criminal activity with an overseas tie, across at least eight district courts, were initially believed to have been targeted.
