Israel has squandered the international good will that followed 10/7 the same way we squandered...
...the international unity that supported us in the aftermath of 9/11.
We both used an horrific attack to justify a wildly disproportionate response. The 9/11 and 10/7 attacks found success, not because of what the perpetrators did, but because of what the victimized did in response. Bush/Cheney and Netanyahu did more damage to their countries than Al Qaeda or Hamas ever did.
