The video I've seen of one guy talking to two agents had me wondering... He was a lone protestor

and just saw a flyer or a social media post and decided to go. It is clear FBI used AI to identify him. He was rightfully suspicious of how they identified him, as he'd done nothing and was with no one else. He was very polite. I think I immediately would have been interrogating THEM as to why they thought it appropriate to do what they are doing against peaceful protestors and whether or not ANY OF THEM had actually read the constitution--specifically the First Amendment? I would have been polite, but assertive as hell, which would undoubtedly have them pissed off. But, how else to respond to such tactics?

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
