'See What Happens!' ICE Boss Dares Philly Sheriff to Arrest Agents After Saying They 'Don't Want This Smoke'

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons dared Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal to follow through on her threat to arrest immigration agents who come to her city and “commit a crime” while appearing on The Big Weekend Show on Fox News on Saturday.

Bilal made her brash comments on Thursday, one day after 37-year-old Renee Good was shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Good blocked traffic and appeared to hit the officer with her SUV before she was shot multiple times.

The sheriff called ICE “fake, made-up law enforcement” at a press conference and warned “You don’t want this smoke.” She also said her police department would “bring it” against any ICE agents who “commit a crime.”

Fox News played a clip of Bilal’s comments on Saturday before contributor Guy Benson asked Lyons for his reaction. The ICE boss was not thrilled.

I posted this in another thread - her remarks during our D.A.'s presser (the one where he said "Get the F--k out!" ) -

The Philadelphia Sheriff is an elected position and the office handles things like prisoner transfers to/from jails or prisons and/or to/from those facilities and the courthouses, security for the courthouses, "Sheriff's sales" for houses with real estate taxes in arrears, etc. Bilal has literally beem run through the meat grinder during her career (and that office has had many issues over the decades). But she has managed to make it through the gauntlet. So I wouldn't want to mess with her.

None of the M$M (or even cowardly local media) has Krasner's clip (and the D.A.'s office hasn't uploaded their presser on their youtube channel yet) and the only one who did have it was Faux (that I will not link directly to), but an Xitter user posted it -

I know for many years, one of my mother's favorite films WAS "Gaslight". Whenever "Turner" (TCM, as she was a big fan of Ted Turner and his networks when he owned them) would put it on, I would let her know and she would immediately turn it on.

There was nothing BRASH about Sheriff Bilal telling people that if they come to her community and commit crimes they will be treated like the criminals they are. In the current situation you could call it brave, but not brash.

More importantly, Good did not block traffic. ICE blocked traffic. Her car did not hit anyone. She was clearly attempting to leave the scene. She was murdered when she was shot multiple times by a hired criminal mercenary in the employ of Trump.

I know what I saw. I know what happened. We should not in any way be assisting in the normalization of a false narrative.

I do not believe this statement is wholly accurate.

Good's vehicle did restrict traffic to 1 lane in each direction, but "blocked" is too strong of a word. I do take exception to "appeared to hit ... before she was shot" as any contact it is disputed and it would have happened after the first, fatal shot was fired. The agent had both hands on his pistol when he fired the 1st round and then looked to take a half step back and fired two more rounds. "Before she was shot" is inaccurate. If there was contact, and I didn't see it, it would have happened after the 1st shot was fired.
