I wouldn't put much credence in what they put on paper.
Hell - they might have just created this to give them another excuse.
Wouldn't you think we would have heard about this sooner than just now.
I'm sure he had a conversation with a friend or two relating this rib incident to them after it happened.
I just don't believe anything these government agent say anymore.
