Well anything to attempt to start riots..They tried to restart the "Watts riots"with the killing in his first term.
They think that they can get the "Liberals" to riot. Now it is the gun nuts... All to start an "insurrection" to stop the midterms.
But the last insurrection during the 1860's did not stop the elections.
