I am sorry it wasn't McGonigal that was giving Santos/DeVolder money in 2022 it was Olge Dirapaska ....
… who was paying McGonigal in 2016/as he was working for the FBI in NYC and in 2022 Dirapaska was paying Santos/DeVolder’s campaign expenses. I believe that Trump just pardoned Santos/DeVolder
this year.
