A bald faced lie from Noem on the Range, "preventing non-citizens from voting"

To vote you have to be a U.S. citizen. End of story. And just to register to vote you have to have proof
that you are a U.S. citizen. I did election work for 20 years.
And just about all undocumented immigrants will not try to register to vote let alone voting because
that would expose them as undocumented which could lead them to be deported.
