I believe for tie-breaking it matters how Fetterman votes, not what party he's a member of?

I do agree that as much as Fetterman draws my ire, he still votes with the party enough that he’s more useful as a Democrat than not. Also, it’s important he stays in the D caucus in this scenario as the majority has the upper hand in committee composition.
