Source: KARE 11

MINNEAPOLIS — A federal grand jury has indicted three people on criminal charges in connection with the assault of a Turning Point USA reporter during an anti-ICE protest outside the federal Bishop Henry Whipple Building in the Twin Cities earlier this month.

According to the indictment filed in federal court, Christopher Ostroushko, Paige Ostroushko and Deyanna Ostroushko each face one count of assault, while Christopher and Paige face an additional count of Interference with Federally Protected Activity. The charges were filed in federal court because the alleged assault occurred on federal property under the jurisdiction of the federal government.

Only if the victim is a conservative "journalist" from Turning Point USA, and the perpetrators are anti-ICE protesters. If the victim is Renee Good or Alex Pretti, and their killers are government Gestapo goons, then the DOJ doesn't give a shit.

be a trial without influence of local sympathies. Federal courts often hand down the sames sort of sentences for the same sort of thing.

The ICE agent broke state law and even though the feds have refused to share any of the results of their investigation with the state, there's enough information from video and eye-witnesses to indict him.

They've been more successful in hiding the identities of Pretti's killer.

Minnesota also needs to do what was done in Illinois. Pritzker had a federal and a state judge pore through all the evidence including the videos and call witnesses to document it all. Now that their report is being sent to the governor tomorrow, I hope the state AG files charges.
