Boston police have confirmed that the fourth floor of a "city building" at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston was evacuated after a "biological incident threat."

BPD hazardous material crews are en route.

2. In this case, the suspicious envelope was sent to the fire prevention office of the Boston Fire Dept

The building also houses Inspectional Services, transitional assistance, and other city offices.
