Virginia’s GOP Lt. Gov. Nominee: Obama Has ‘Muslim Perspective’ Toward The World

Source: Mediaite

Virginia Republicans have chosen have conservative minister E.W. Jackson as the nominee for lieutenant governor — making him, according to the Associated Press, the first black candidate the party has nominated for statewide office since 1988. In the past, it appears Jackson has made some charged remarks about President Obama.

As BuzzFeed’s Andrew Kaczynski noted, Jackson is the man behind STAND America PAC, which aims to “recruit and support conservative black candidates to run against liberals in Congressional Black Caucus districts.”

Jackson also ran a blog where he wrote about Obama’s “Muslim perspective” toward the world and Israel. Citing the Muslim Brotherhood, Jackson further pointed to a “strain of anti-Semitism” that has influenced the president.

“Obama clearly has Muslim sensibilities. He sees the world and Israel from a Muslim perspective,” Jackson wrote. The post — which is archived here and here — went on to say:

E.W. Jackson, the conservative minister nominated to run for lieutenant governor by the Virginia Republican Party, once compared Planned Parenthood to the Ku Klux Klan, Politico reported Sunday.

In a video posted to YouTube last September, the minister and activist urged black Christians to reject the "ridiculous lies" of the "Democrat Party."

"It is time to end the slavish devotion to the Democrat Party," Jackson says in the clip. "They have insulted us, used us and manipulated us. They have saturated the black community with ridiculous lies... They think we are stupid and that these lies will hold us captive while they violate everything we believe as Christians.

He continues, "The Democrat Party has created an unholy alliance between certain so-called civil rights leaders and Planned Parenthood, which has killed unborn black babies by the tens of millions. Planned Parenthood has been far more lethal to black lives than the KKK ever was. And the Democrat Party and the black civil rights allies are partners in this genocide."

Not enough people of color in the GOP? There's a reason for that.

There's a plague of projection in the GOP.

In a certain sense he's correct in that I'm sure our president is a student of history and the prevalent philosophies of the West which were, for the most part preserved, and in some cases improved on, by Muslim scholars before they reached Western Europe. Too bad this putz is not aware of such things even while he's balancing his checkbook using Arabic numerals. I notice that,as usual,he's not bothered to describe that "perspective".
