Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continues to be held in high public esteem despite ongoing Republican criticism for her handling of the deadly attack in Benghazi, Libya, according to the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll released Tuesday.
The poll found a huge majority of Americans 62 percent approve of the way Clinton, who stepped down from her post earlier this year, handled her job at the State Department compared with 28 percent who said they disapprove of her job performance. Those numbers are little different from an ABC/WaPo poll in December of last year, when 68 percent said they approved of her job at State and 22 percent said they disapproved.

(25,111 posts)alongwith corporate media so I'm guessing the likable pointer is much higher. ABC news acknowledged Pres O's approval with a quote (not per se) "Pres O's approval stays stable "FOR NOW". Corporate media, CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, RW sites and newspapers such as Politico, WaPo, WSJ, et al., are still pursuing all three SO CALLED scandals, and has completely closed their eyes on the TRUE scandal - "The constant trashing of the American economy and its citizens".
Corporate media is not longer considered journalism but in fact a rag tag group of BS lying sacks of shit. Money over people.

How fortunate for rulers that there are no better choices in power, that we can compare them to.
It's to bad that the best we can do, is to not do worse.

(30,247 posts)They tried to ruin Bill's presidency in the 90s. He left office with higher ratings than Reagan. They are now talking about impeaching Obama and ruining Hillary's chances in 2016, but in polls conducted since the three 'scandals" broke out, both Obama and Hillary's ratings have remained high. Issa must be having a bout of indigestion. LOL!!!
