SAN DIEGO, May 21 (UPI) -- A man who pleaded guilty to stealing U.S. military medical supplies was sentenced to six months in prison in San Diego, Calif., court records said.
Michael Tuisee, 34, was one of three civilian contractors charged in the case, accused of taking medical equipment from Camp Pendleton, Calif., destined for U.S. troops overseas, and reselling it for profit, the newspaper U-T San Diego reported Tuesday.
The other defendants, Henry Bonilla, 25, and Richard Navarro, 39, are scheduled to be sentenced in August. All three worked at a medical supply warehouse at the base, and each pleaded guilty in March of conspiracy to engage in theft of government property, U-T San Diego said.
U.S. District Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo sentenced Tuisee to the jail term, as well as six months of house arrest and three years of supervised release. He was also ordered to repay nearly $180,000 in restitution to the U.S. Marine Corps and forfeit 48,250 in illegal proceeds.

Somehow, it still annoys me that garbage like this gets published. I should be used to it....
