Randy Duke Cunningham's old district (Brian Bilbray) just went to a Democrat...

... last election.

Lived there through the bad years of Duke Cunningham and Bilbray, and fought to get a Democrat then. Good to see in the last election that Bilbray got voted out. You could see it coming though with the changing demographics of that district going towards the Democrats. This district was just to the south of Issa's district, so those demographics could be shifting too, though yes, currently it is pretty gerrymandered heavily to favor him or another Republican for the time being.
