Haiti, Grenada recognize Palestinian State

Source: UPI

Grenada and Haiti recognized the State of Palestine in a ceremony at U.N. headquarters in New York, Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki said.

Maliki said he signed separate agreements to establish diplomatic relations with both countries Friday, a move that will lead to an exchange of ambassadors, the Palestinian Ma'an news agency reported.

"This recognition highlights the collective international approval of Palestinian rights. It is a new success for Palestinian diplomacy," he said.

Grenada and Haiti join more than 130 countries that officially recognize the State of Palestine, the agency said.

November 29 2012 in fact, however one of Palestine's neighbors is keeping it's military in Palestine, against the will of the Palestinians I think that;s called an occupation, well in most cases it is however in this one we're told it's just a 'dispute' and in addition to that 'dispute' it seems this neighbor also insists on transferring it's civilian population to the tune of nearly 400.000 at this time to land that the UN recognized as belonging to Palestine.
Now normally such a practice is against international law however once again we're told international law doesn't apply tothis neighbor, it's different somehow

Places is the US. The old saying that says; "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." is at work here.
