ON TAP THURSDAY I: Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz will appear at an event marking the 40th anniversary of the Arab oil embargo.
He will reflect on the anniversary of the Arab Oil Embargo and will discuss how the embargo has shaped U.S. energy policy for the past four decades, according to an advisory for the Center for Strategic and International Studies event.
ON TAP THURSDAY II: Secretary of State John Kerry will appear at a conference marking the 10th anniversary of the Center for American Progress, a prominent liberal think tank.
Look for Kerry to discuss climate change, one of his big priorities.

SPEAKING OF GORE: The former vice president has been everywhere lately.
He's been promoting his Climate Reality Project's live-streamed 24 Hours of Reality event and advocating on climate in general.
Wednesday brought question-and-answer sessions on Reddit and Facebook, while Tuesday night Gore was on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
