Source: TPM
The Illinois state senate passed a same-sex marriage bill Tuesday evening by a margin of 32-21, sending the legislation to the governor's desk mere hours after lawmakers in the House approved the measure.
Gov. Pat Quinn (D) has said that he will sign the bill.
