HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- It took a phone call from former WSAZ'er Penny Moss to tell us about a unique find.
Her friend, Luana Cook Scott, formerly of Charleston, had stumbled on quite a find. She inherited the contents of her mom's attic. When Luana was going through those long forgotten boxes, she stumbled upon several rolls of 8mm film.
"I sent them off to be put on a DVD, because I saw some service on the internet," says Scott. "When we got them back, we were all surprised."

(5,732 posts)I kid about him, but I loved him. I was 15 when he was assassinated. He was very popular across a wide range of demograhpics. I thought he was moving the country in the correct direction. Nothing like that had happened in this country during my lifetime up to that point. I was naive enough at the time to believe something like that couldn't happen in this country.
After the Bush/Cheney coup of 2000, I think anything could happen in this country.
