Chris Matthews To Interview Obama Thursday

MSNBC host Chris Matthews is slated to interview President Barack Obama Thursday at American University in Washington, D.C., the network announced.
Matthews and Obama will talk as part of the MSNBC host's "Hardball College Tour." They are expected to discuss "voter suppression, healthcare, the decline of confidence in the government and the overall political dysfunction in Washington" alongside American University students, according to the network's announcement.

He's much closer ideologically to the people who bash, insult, and undermine him - Boner, McTurtle, and their ilk - than he is to those who support him and would like him to lead their movement - Warren, Grayson and Sanders. I'm sure the cognitive dissonance gets pretty daunting. Time for him to decide if he really wants a Dem congress for his last two years, and, if so, start acting like it
