9. Since abortion ban was stopped in SC, I wonder on what grounds the present SC could use.

I know the anti abortion groups are trying everything to get the clinics shut down but it may be this can not be reversed. Of course the GOP would never reveal this information because it would erode a big portion of their followers who I must say only votes for the GOP because of the abortion issue.
