Mark Udall, Cory Gardner spar in first U.S. Senate debate

GRAND JUNCTION — Democratic U.S. Sen. Mark Udall and the man who wants to take his seat, Republican Congressman Cory Gardner, squared off Saturday night in their first debate, touting their own achievements while questioning those of their opponent.

They exchanged jabs at the Club 20 debate, in which they were peppered with questions about Social Security, the deficit, transportation and federal lands.

At one point, Udall challenged Gardner on the relentless attacks.

"I'm curious what problem facing the nation I haven't caused," Udall said.

Sadly, the same polling company shows the turtle pulling ahead of Grimes, and Pryor losing.

Gardner cost the taxpayers of this country 25 billion dollars in a government shutdown--why?
Gardner prevented taxpayer money to help Coloradans when they had devastating floods---why?
Gardner will and wants to privatize social security and give our money to the Wall Streets Banks--why?
Gardner has voted 50 times to eliminate the Affordable Health Care Act (Obama Care Act)--why?
Gardner has been a supporter of spending millions of tax payer dollars investigating the Libya incident without justification to the tune of 26 million dollars---why?
Gardner has voted to increase spoiling ground water in the High Desert to polluters paid for by the called oil and gas like BP, Exxon and others that paid no federal taxes on there profits---why?
Gardner voted for the law suit against a sitting president which will cost the taxpayers millions of dollars---why?
How many jobs bills has Gardner introduced----not one----why?
\How many bills has Gardner introduced to re-build the infrastructure in Colorado and the country----not---one---why?
How many bills has Gardner introduced to increase a living wage ----not one----why?
How many "WORKING DAYS" was Gardner in Washington while making $174,000 a year $14500 a month while the "Do Nothing Republican Congress" was in recess how many days this year and last year ------why?
Gardner is not for Colorado and he cost taxpayers money
