Anchorage police: No charges in Palin birthday brawl
Source: Alaska Dispatch News
Prosecutors won't proceed with charges in a brawl that involved several members of the Palin family, Anchorage police said Thursday. The news comes as Anchorage police released a report Thursday morning outlining witness statements in the fight. ...snip... Police said they arrived to find Track Palin, shirtless, bloody and heavily intoxicated, getting into a white limousine to leave the party. Witnesses described a large fight involving at least 20 people that included members of the Palin family. Several witnesses said they watched Bristol Palin repeatedly punch homeowner Korey Klingenmeyer in the face. Klingenmeyer told police he had asked Bristol Palin to leave, after which she became angry and began punching him. Read more: http://www.adn.com/article/20141009/anchorage-police-no-charges-palin-birthday-brawl Wonder what the limo ended up costing; getting blood out of the leather seats can be really expensive...

1. Maybe "Palin Brawl Limo" will become a thing like the old gangsters' "death cars."
They can send the limo on a cross country tour and charge Freepers $$$$ to look at it in slack-jawed wonderment.

22. The homeowner,Klingenmeyer, is the project manager for the paving company owned by buddies
of the Palins and the party was in celebration of their birthday.
Klingenmeyer wouldn't even lift his hand to defend himself against Bristol Palin because it would have cost him his job just like the guy who first reported the brawl lost his job. The Palins are Hillbilly gangsters and racketeers. |

Instead of crowing about how "proud" she is of her daughter she should have apologized. That's what decent people do. Not the Palins. They make themselves out to be victims. Trashy, trashy, trashy, all day long.

21. How is the consistent testimony of seven witnesses insufficient to yield a charge?
Anchorage police: No charges in Palin birthday brawl
Laurel Andrews October 9, 2014 ... Klingenmeyer told police that a fight had broken out in the cul-de-sac in front of the home, and he had asked guests not to get involved. A few minutes later, Bristol and Willow Palin came around the back of the house, and Bristol looked like she wanted to start a fight, Klingenmeyer said. Klingenmeyer asked her to leave, he told police. “Who the fuck are you?” she responded. He told her he was the homeowner, and she responded that he didn’t own the house and she would “kick his ass.” “He says then that she hits him in the face. He says he then tells her to hit him again if it makes her feel better and she does. He says he lets her hit him 5-6 times in the face and that she was hitting pretty hard. After about the sixth punch he grabbed her fist as she punched again and he pushed back and she falls down. He says she gets up and tries to punch him again and he grabs her fist again and pushes her away and she falls down again,” Daily wrote. Seven other witnesses told police the same version of events as Klingenmeyer. ... http://www.adn.com/article/20141009/anchorage-police-no-charges-palin-birthday-brawl |

27. I think that's the reason Klingenmeyer refused to press charges himself.
It's pretty obvious to me that he was a true bad ass and felt he handled it himself. People like that don't normally go crying to the law. If the homeowner doesn't want to make a big deal of it police have little reason to act independently on private property.
I had a chuckle when I pictured Kligenmeyer picking Bristol up after she got worn out punching him and carried he out to the street where he set her down. He iced the cake when he told the half governor and her husband to get their "crew" out of there. I don't even care if any Palins get charged because everybody in the state knows this story by now, and I doubt many feel for them. I don't think acting like pretentiously entitled assholes goes over well in Alaska. Now the whole state probably sees the Palins like the rest of us have for years. Unfortunately, that means we'll likely see more of them down here. BTW... "Long white limo"? Lucky for them it wasn't prom night, or they would have had to drive. |

32. Hmph. Let them come over to one of my family's parties.
Palin loves waxing poetic over 'small town values.' Let her come over to my relatives' homes on the South Side of San Antonio. I can't go into any of the gory details but I will say that white limousine will be belching smoke when it chugs out of the driveway with graffiti all over it saying, "GTFO, cabrones.

29. This is the type of trash that McCain choose as a running mate.
The entire family is a pack of trash. They would have turned the Vice President's residence into a slum dwelling with their drunken parties. They probably would have assaulted a few foreign ministers and their spouses for not giving them kickbacks for inviting them. Bristol could have been the hat check girl and beat up anyone and stole their coats for do not paying up while Track cleaned out their limos. Refreshments would have been keg beer and moose jerky while Sara entertained with a strip act. Todd would do his part and provide Ski Doo rides in the back yard. Nothing but class for the Wasilla hillbillies.

The police had probable cause to do so, and its not like they could not find the vehicle it sticks out like a sore thumb, for god sakes its not like they left in a silver 2002 ford tauras which seem to be the most mass produced vehicle and color ever lol....

37. Fooled
$carah is making an appearance at a Christian school in Williston, ND on Monday. I wonder how much she is being paid? On a very sad note, not included in the police report, but written about by attendees at that brawl. Bristol's young son was there, running around drinking beer from cups left unattended. Nobody was watching him they said. The police should have taken him into protective custody and called his father (not one of the trial daddies Bristol regularly has) Instead, he was allowed to ride home in a stetch Humvee (yees, it was a Humvee!!) with a group of angry, drugged up drunks spewing foul language. Family values - Palin style. Todd has clout up there, since many of the police are "customers" at his prostitution bidness.
