The Dutch government has refused to reveal details of a secret pact between members of the Joint Investigation Team examining the downed Flight MH17. If the participants, including Ukraine, dont want information to be released, it will be kept secret.
The respected Dutch publication Elsevier made a request to the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice under the Freedom of Information Act to disclose the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) agreement, along with 16 other documents. The JIT consists of four countries - the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia and Ukraine - who are carrying out an investigation into the MH17 disaster, but not Malaysia. Malaysian Airlines, who operated the flight, has been criticized for flying through a war zone.

(11,014 posts)Ukraine would never agree to release of info that they were using civilian airliners as shields to fly their fighter jets as shadows.
Kiev Air Traffic Control's tapes were seized by the Ukrainian government and probably destroyed already. They are the ones who changed the course of MH17 to make it fly through the war zone.

(4,856 posts)No one has been looking in this direction as of yet for this verifiable forensic evidence. Anyone can download the sound file that the Kiev Ministry of the Interior put on You Tube. Just use a music file extractor, such as VLC, to lift the original files.
This is High Quality studio DAW WAV file analysis of the audio files that Kiev submitted of supposed Russian rebels conversing about Malaysia Airlines Flight MH-17. Make sure to turn on CC captions for English translation. Video fully exposes that the files are fake and were spliced together using basic studio DAW software in a rather unprofessional manner. WAV files overlap and digital splicing is obvious throughout multiple points of the conversations including obvious cuts, cutoff of voices and overlapping soundbites. It is 100% conclusive.....Kiev faked the audio they submitted that pointed the finger towards the rebels. The next logical question is why did thy submit fake 'evidence' and where did they get it? If they had time to make it in a studio as this video suggests then it is obvious they knew that MH-17 was going to be shot down. Keep in mind that they released this audio 30 minutes after the plane crashed and if they were truly 'bugging' the rebels how did they manage to lose the war at the time? You would figure the would have had all the information they would have needed to win.
