(561 posts)KKK double agents acting as provocateurs in the riots. I see a lot of white guys in these videos of the rioters. Has the whole thing been a set up to start a race war in the US?

(32,629 posts)The fact that both races are present is not, by itself, evidence of anything nefarious.

(36,665 posts)bother themselves to start one (the 1% I mean) - but they sure is hell aren't going to stop it. It is in the interest of the very wealthy to keep the underlings at each others throats - whether it is race, gender or class issues. They'll use whatever is available to keep it going ... this one was a gift for them.

(19,107 posts)at least half of the lawful protestors were white.
This disgusts everyone, not just African Americans.

(966 posts)every time they have a rally someplace, it's like 8 scuzzy looking white guys surrounded by alot more protesters, and the police separating them

(32,886 posts)enough evidence to the editorial staff that vet articles at the institution that suggests that the source is real.
It then becomes a question of whether you trust the particular media institution. In this case, the IBTimes has a reputation for being very careful. They are so careful they killed their blog program a couple of years ago because they were concerned it might detract from that reputation.

(15,772 posts)I live in a town 60 miles from Ferguson that historically and today has more than its share of activity. By the time you get to those willing to wear satin sheets in public or make pronouncements you have hit a major vein of stupid. The stupid was all over support of Darren Wilson. I would hope the surveillance State we pay for is well aware of Mr. Wilson and any cohorts.
The thing is even in places that are inhabited by such scum they are not welcome especially when they crawl out from under their rock. It is bad for business.

(22,651 posts)at this point, what matters is the entire kkk dues paying membership list be made public.
And someone ask directly of all public officials "Are you, or have you ever been a member of the kkk?"
everything shows up here first & then info (real or fake) is gleened by media like TimesUK

(5,402 posts)"Are you, or have you ever been a member of the KKK/ACLU/NARAL/NRA/Communist Party/Democratic Underground?"
Supporting this type of questioning cuts both ways. Be careful what you wish.

(11,014 posts)KKK is a dying organization and mostly ridiculed by all, however, its racist viewpoints continue and have taken a more mainstream yet insidious leaning as is evidenced by the tea-party.
I doubt that in this day and age, one needs to adorn a funny costume and hold a rally to be racist -- one could just start a blog with dog-whistles.

(18,124 posts)1923 thousands marched down Pennsylvania avenue under their coward sheets. While you'll never see them giving away their numbers like that again, they ARE NOT dying out. More to the reality. More are being born everyday into families carrying on this 'great amerikkkan' tradition. Trained to hate AND sent out on an suspecting minority population, a lot of time not needing their coward sheets when they can hide behind a badge and a uniform. I HOPE ANONYMOUS IS SUCCESSFUL. And Anonymous will always be relevant because people believe in Anonymous.

(164,122 posts)The Klan was proud to announce its "Adopt a Highway" stroke of brilliance years ago, and maintains it gleefully. Surely it's for publicity, but it's their way of reminding the human race that they are very much active in Missouri.
There have been clusters of these white supremicists scattered throughout the state for ages, involved with violent white racist criminals like Chevie Kehoe and his brother, huddled up in their own creepy communities.
An article representative of news many Missourians would remember:
Controversial campaign ads air on area stations
Posted Mar 31, 2010
From staff, AP reports
news@joplinglobe.com
The owner of some Southwest Missouri radio stations believes he has no choice but to run controversial ads because the Aurora man who is paying for them has filed as a write-in candidate for Missouris U.S. Senate seat now held by Christopher Kit Bond.
Frazier Glenn Miller, 69, is a former leader of a group called the White Patriot Party. His ads have been aired in Springfield, Kansas City and, beginning this week, on radio stations out of Monett.
Some of Millers ads have started running on radio stations KRMO and KSWM, AM stations that are part of Monett-based Eagle and Falcon Broadcasting. KSWM is a talk radio station, while KRMO is a country/agriculture station.
It started yesterday, said Dewayne Gandy, president of the Monett radio stations, in a Globe interview Wednesday. I think there are a total of 18 (ads) over 90 days.
While the ads focus on Jews, according to an Associated Press analysis, they also criticize immigrants and minorities. The ads also goad white voters to unite and take our country back.
This is the second time we have had Mr. Miller on the station. He was here in 2006 also, Gandy said, referring to Millers run for the 7th District U.S. House seat held by Rep. Roy Blunt.

(11,014 posts)I am less concerned about the old, rural, ignorant pointy hats than the real threat of disguised-as-conservative bloggers and Faux hosts.
"Whites are superior and getting deprived, less unite to fight against the jews, blacks, minorities and immigrants" is not as appealing as it was 50 years ago, especially to the new generation. The more insidious message now is of "government wasting tax money" on those groups which has allowed the teabaggers to hold firm against any tax increase.

That makes me think of the KKK costumes and rallies as silly and a dying breed. There just aren't enough whites in California to eclipse all the minority groups.
