and that she asked to be treated like anyone else, when she was pulled over. It was a policeman at the scene who decreed that she be given immunity.

An Allegheny County Common Pleas judge charged in December with drunken driving in Mt. Lebanon has entered a program for first-time offenders that, if completed successfully, means his record would be expunged.
