1. Unions and Roe are their targets now....ON Roe they are going to figure out a way

to allow a state to regulate an abortion clinic out of business and on unions they are going to DESTROY public unions, bye bye.

But the SC isnt important, nah

2. Somehow that seems wrong.

Because basically that seems to suggest they've made up their minds on such issues, and are looking for cases to judge to get their decisions on record, rather than simply waiting for contentious issues to filter up to them.

'They' are unlikely to have come to conclusions on these issues; the particular justices 'hinting' think these are important issues that merit examination.
