Not so ugly at all. Unless you think the RNC getting ripped off by Dump is ugly.

I didn't see any mention of Roger Ailes. If Trump is going to capitalize on his hard core voters by starting a TV network with them as a built-in paying audience, Ailes would be only too happy to lend his expertise to building a network that would knock Fox out of the catbird seat. Guaranteed to drive a very deep wedge between the two wings of the GOP that Dump's campaign has created.
