If they get the goods, they may not be able to file criminal charges while he is President, but they could file Civil charges which he would have to answer and they would have subpoena power to get hold of his tax returns.

I definitely need some good news. McConnell is bought and paid for by the Russians and so is Trump, and SCOTUS is now a Conservative that will go even further right this Summer. If there is any hope of our country surviving as a Representative Democracy we need something to get back to the 'rule of law' and get rid of the guy who, every day, is showing the world that he is, indeed, above the law.

14. I was very young during Watergate...

but I have recalled from history that it took between 18-19 months into his 2nd presidential term to finally rid the country of his leadership. Trump will be gone in the summer of this year, IMO. There is too much smoke not to be an all consuming fire. With modern investigative tools and communications, he will be exposed. The question becomes, will it be too late?
