1. This makes me sick...

I’m a vet, and I had an older vet who was seeing me in follow up for a medical problem come into the office today. He told me, when I ask how his day was, that he was homeless as a result of his recent hospitalization and his inability to pay for his apartment rent. He’s working with a social worker at the closest VA but everything is full. We got him into temporary lodging in our local town, specifically for vets, but it’s only temporary. This guy will likely be on the streets after the first of the year without some miracle from the VA...How much more hell can Trump wreak on this nation?
