Saying "FB could invest tons of money in security but it wouldn't be a guarantee of any better protections"..???

(6,288 posts)Zuckerburg did make a statement but I just caught the last part.
He was saying that he just wanted to provide a product where people could keep in touch with family .
(Guess he didn't mean no harm, really!)
Jerk.

He will feel no financial loss, unlike what America is feeling since the 2016 election scam.

(22,124 posts)There has been a lot of folks anticipating a market downturn for some time, figuring that if the markets have been going up and up for over 9 years, that it's bound to go down. They didn't, and kept going up...this is one of the longest run up markets in quite a bit of time, I give B. Obama lots of credit for this, for giving lots of stability to the markets, and so forth.
Rump is the exact opposite, runs off the mouth and does things impulsively. This is going to tank the economy as folks are discovering, when tariffs go up in one area, then all of a sudden, they impact other parts of the economy.
The republicans have clearly shown that they don't care about the economy, but instead, reduced the taxes their donors pay. They don't care about the minimum wage pay that we make, but do care about the pay of the 1% of the 1%. They don't care about infidelities that their members commit, oh, it's just locker room talk (this is disgusting, and reeks, Jordan is a joke)...they cared before about the federal debt, but now???
Hypocrites, all of them.
I can't wait until it is time to hunt republicans. In some areas, hunting season has already begun.
I hope that smart democratic contenders for office throws back everyone of these '100% about face' issues back in their faces!! Rump and his crap is just icing too, on the cake.
