Patterson argued against contraceptives because “condom use robs” women of the “remarkable chemicals” in semen; said married women in the workplace have undermined society; and suggested that homosexuality is a mental disorder and sexual orientation can be forcibly changed.

Unprotected sex can actually implant the man's DNA in a woman -- as in, throughout her body. Minor stuff, but it's there. (I suppose this is also true for gay men.)

Even more so, if a pregnancy results, she becomes both part her mate and part her child.

No one has a clue about the practical result of this, if any.
