This was out there in September. of 2016. And you can include the Philly mob in there, too!

The real scandal is the media ignored it! Just like they did over W getting into the “Champagne Squadron” of the Texas Air Guard, promoted to 2LT after two weeks, accepted into flight training despite being in bottom 25% of his class, and later going AWOL, not to leave out his drinking problem.
