My mom has Alzheimers. She lost her sense of smell probably 15 or more years ago.

up! Perhaps a separate forum on DU, broken into parts, such as (1) detecting (2) addressing and best methods to handle (3) possible cure(s) / vaccines / temp. measures to address (4) etc.
